Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, nor can we issue refunds. However, if you're unsatisfied with your order as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective product, etc.), please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly replace your order with the correct item at no cost to you. We strive to provide our community with the highest level of customer service.

Currently GK Genetics only ships to Canada and the U.S. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped in their original breeder packs.
Currently, all orders receive free shipping. If you live in Canada, please be patient with your delivery and allow at least two weeks upon receiving your shipping confirmation. Most U.S. orders are received within three days once shipped. Items are shipped from California and we'll provide you with your tracking number if being shipped within the US. Once the payment is received, we always try to ship your product on the same business day and no later than three business days. Please note, we cannot ship during weekends and holidays.
